WHAT IF...

The "What if..." table tent campaign was a provocative informational campaign produced by the CMU department of Student Affairs in the early 1990's. It consisted of placing discussion "stimulating" table tents on the tables of various student dining establishments around campus. This campaign was derided by many students at the time, but one of KGB's officers at the time (whose name rhymes with Shike Mapiro) went the extra mile and wrote three parodies of the tents, delivering his parodies during his weekly report. KGB, always willing to take that extra mile and go one step too far, voted to fund the production of actual table tents using those texts. Tents were laid out, copied, and placed around campus. KGB never got in trouble, but the tents disappeared pretty quickly.
