Also known as Masquerave Masquerade is the KGB's annual Masquerade/Dance Party. People wear Rule Phi clothes and eat Rule Phi food and its all around a very Rule Phi time. Generally Mask Making happens a few weeks before hand because you can't have a masquerade without a mask.
