Have you ever seen a llama run through a KGB meeting? If you have, then either you are on some hallucinogen or you were at a meeting prior to the creation of this Ministry (and it was pfriedma's pfault).
No llamas have interrupted the goings-on of The Glorious Proletarian Party since the creation of this Ministry. However, there have been rumours of the Drama Llama attempting to rear its ugly head.
