Event: Useless Stuff Auction
Room reserved till midnight? DH 2315 is better than MM A14 (bigger). Auction materials: booth stuff (after booth chairs get dibs) (don't need to keep mementos; we have a trophy! maybe a rivet on the wall though). Rivets -- split into lots (how?). Kelp scarves! CorSec to contact Shawn about auctioneering.
Bake barter. Post to bboard as soon as humanly possible. Nice day this week? Reserve a table! (SpaceQuest.) Cup o' Beef broth at Bake Barter (tradition, apparently)? (Backstory: We bake things and barter them for stuff to sell at auction. Actually barter over things! Lame cookies for lame things.) BAKE THINGS TO BARTER. Rules: DO NOT ACCEPT CHILDREN. Same rules as Leaping (nothing that can feel pain)? Though maybe KGB members are okay. (Awful way to break up with significant other: trade them for a cupcake!)
End-of-year event: picnic?
(Steel Cage Death Match?) Cost? $100+. Far Park grill reservations -- number to call at shelter -- no comment last year. Talk to FMS about grill on campus. Far Park is preferred location. Allocation at next meeting -- Richard. Charcoal chimney? Have barbecue tools -- need cleaning. Have directions/leaders for group to walk over. (Old story -- plate of bacon to distribute: "Push button. Recieve bacon.") Labbott has car for schlepping (charcoal, drinks, SHEER MASS OF MEAT).

Talk to Evan maybe? Domain needs renewing in a couple months (expires August 2) Has to be done within a month before expiration. Domain == T-shirt (in price). Needs allocation. Derek has expressed interest in dealing with this. Has lots of time over summer. Up for beating web site. Hard. Replace with Wordpress. Nuke it from orbit; it's the only way to be sure. Also a twitter feed! Nicole will pass on passwords. (Hosted on kremthing, in office.) Google calendar, Google Docs. ~kgb things also.
