At CMU, there is a saying "Sleep, food, and friends. Pick two.". This is mostly true, but can be also written as "Work, sleep, food, and friends. Pick three.". Most people pick work automatically so the point is mostly moot. Those who do not are often winners of the fabulous Dean's Vacation.
