The [[Bylaws]] say that anyone can become a [[members|member]] as long as they have a body temperature above fifty degrees Fahrenheit (and we're willing to waive that requirement for an additional ten dollars). <br /> <br /> Furthermore, one is allowed to pay dues on behalf of another, making them full voting [[members]] of the [[KGB]]. <br /> <br /> A member who has already paid their dues in full may pay their dues again. This act gives them an additional vote on all nonessential motions before the general body.
