EXEC REPORTS

   mike
       had a day
       trying to write real words about real science
           has to be articulate and not use jargon all the time

       accidentally started a new sewing project that she wasn't gonna start until after winter break

       had a good six hours of free time

       shit. really had a day.
       got an instrument about five hours ago (ukelele!)
       two exams (one started at 8:30)
       got an offer from intel yesterday!

       yesterday he worked on compilers for 17 hours straight
           (10:30am-3:30am)
       got a reasonable amount of sleep and was then SAD
       has recently started his midterm that's due tonight

THIS WEEK'S EVENT

   movie night
       friday, 7:00pm
       breed hall
       we will vote on the voting system when we get there

WEEKEND EVENT

   nerf war
       saturday, 2:00pm
       dylan's in charge
           skye is going away
           domenic is also gonna be there
       they are probably gonna be in wean
       

NEXT WEEK'S EVENT

   Halloween!! GBGC
       candy
           make sure to get stuff without peanuts!!
       dillon just reserved A18*
       exec should wear costumes!
           erin has. supplies.
       we should tell people to wear costumes at the meeting!

FUTURE EVENTS

       rules meeting
           gonna announce that the final game will be a playtest
           3:00 for this week's meeting, mike will send out an email

           zora will show murphy and joe how to edit them in photoshop during the event
       judges meeting
           on monday we should start getting people to email us if they want to judge
           dillon will announce it

OTHER STUFF

   credit card training
       joe needs it
   shirt reprints
       few responses from monday's meeting
       designs?
           need them for my actions and the sweatshirt design
       we can do KGBuggy next semester
       we need to do sweatshirts this year
   scarves?
       could add a bit on the shirt order form
   ordering stuff
       we should get an idea of the price before we actually send out an order form
       apparently Commonwealth Press is good
           murphy will fill out their quote page
               mention that we want to put the same design on shirts and sweatshirts--we might get a cheaper price?
               maybe also look for other local options
               we can also ask student activities
                   dillon will do this
       check on whether or not the uniform design is okay
           (it says "carnegie mellon university")
           joe will talk to Jay about it via email

BOOTH

   meeting at 1:30 on Sunday
   the kage
       dylan and maddy and craig need keys!
           submit a space access request
       also it is a horrifying mess
           the booth chairs will take point on cleanup
       EHS stuff will be some time in the first 2 weeks of November
