THIS WEEK'S EVENT

       getting people from room to room?

       we've reserved all the rooms EXCEPT gates
           we will act

       start room: zora
           job is to get people into teams
               3 or 4, up to 5
               split up teams of 6
           send people to alternating rooms
               consult the googledoc
               write the room on their paper

           the aliens are invading and they need our help
           each event will have a piece of the spaceship, and people can put them together
           if they fail an event they get a spaceship piece with an X on it--so they can build a spaceship, but only a broken one
           six pieces of space ship, zora gives them one to start
       erin: collaborative point a to point b
           carpet square puzzle--floor is lava style
           we've got carpet squares in the kage
       murphy: egg drop
           we have to help the aliens land
           murphy is figuring out supplies that he'll need
           both he and dillon will go shopping
           time limit: 10 minutes?
       joe: doodle war
           start off with drawn scenario, then draw something that sabatoges the other person's scenario
               repeat until something
           joe will work against the team
           5 minute time limit, then declare the "winner"
               ...?
               people can't really lose
           joe gets the body of the ship
       dillon: labyrinth
           two layer maze
               two players have different layers and have to guide the third player through
           good to get people to crouch or stand as they go through different layers
           giving them coordinates on the sides would be helpful

       skye is working on the ANSWERS, and then she'll write the actual questions

           we do rounds of five questions at a time
           people write down their answers as we go
           scored on correctness after the round

           erin will do cats
           mike will do comics

       WEDNESDAY OF THAT WEEK, announce at kgb
           deadline for RSVP (in writing!) by the event on friday
       need to call like riiiiight now
       aim for 6, if they do the two hour window thing, get 6
           we want to order off the menu, not get a group thing
           reserve for 30, we'll reduce it when we get the final number on friday
