An obsession of the KGB, brought into the collective consciousness with the establishment of the Committee to Replace the Atmosphere with Rich, Nutritive Poop.
It also makes a great non-sequitur punchline for nearly every joke. Observe: Q: Why didn't the skeleton cross the road? A: Rich, nutritive poop. We promise that this won't annoy your friends after the eightieth time.
