The Lingering Curse Committee, officially named "Motion to create the lingering curse committee should be charitably given to a victim, suggestion: this committee’s head can bequeath it to another person against their will, and that person suffers the adverse effects of having to run this committee as to be decided by the buyer Committee", is a committee dedicated to giving different KGB members the "Lingering Curse" at each GBM. The holder of the curse then becomes the new head of the committee, and then decides on a new target at the next meeting. Though the KGB is not entirely sure on what the Lingering Curse is, it has incapacitated every officer who has had it and made them unable to make the weekly Exec meeting. Thus it can be safe to assume that not only is the Lingering Curse real, it is also, in fact, a bio-weapon.
