EVENT THAT GETS ANNOUNCED BEFORE NEXT EXEC MEETING

   KGB Falls on Its Ass
       Location: Meet in PHA18*
       Time: Tell people 8:30, leave at 9:00
       We need to find out the adults only skating time
           9:30 to 11:00pm
           all ages starts at 7:00pm
       if you're a kgb member who's not 18, either
           -bummer
           -or you are 18.
       last time we had porter rooms and sat there for a while then left when adult skating started
           should reserve those rooms
           rain plan name is KGB Sits on Its Ass
       should post price and mention in meeting
           also they have hockey skates for rental

NEXT SEMESTER'S EVENTS

   1/17: Potluck
       just potluck and boardgames
   
   1/24: Tool training
       we already have another booth event (move on)
       if we're committed to doing booth as an organization, this is an important event
       the other option is saturday
           difficult because it would be hard to set aside a saturday as an instruction day
   
   1/31: UPA
   
   2/21 or 2/28: CtFwS
       Puzzlehunt team is waiting on exec to make a decision about CtFwS so they can place puzzlehunt
       we should poll the org in the next week
           try to have a decision before finals start
           also post in the alumni group and email the CtFwS mailing list

       good idea to have it not the monday after carnival
       set for Monday 21st of April
       this means current exec has an extra event
