           murphy might not be there because he literally has jury duty
           maddy's thing opens at 6:00, some other folks might be late
       layout
           the room with the food is the not fort room
           so:

               B is fort
               C is whatever

           (pay dues)
       booth
           we've got watch times
           we're going to try to fill them over the weekend
               but if we don't succeed we need to fill them on monday
           we also need to get people to staff the booth
           happening at the beginning of meeting
               TRY to keep it short
