If you're going to create a vanity page about yourself, that's fine, but you should probably put it in the main namespace (e.g. rjmccall), not the user namespace (e.g. User:Rjmccall), just for general aesthetic reasons. Also, I don't think we can do anything about the improper capitalization of your user id unless the administrator starts fiddling with the [settings] (which might still be worth it at this point).
