Pfennig of Pfault

The holder of the Nickel (deprecated) or Pfennig of Pfault is given the dubious honor of being the Fperson to blame for everything that goes wrong while that Fperson has Fpossession of said coin.
In the 89-91 Fperiod, it was the "Nickel of Fault". At some Fpoint since then, it has been renamed the "Pfennig of Pfault".
The person invested with the coin may be granted an Exception. (As in, "everything is your fault except...")
