A Chinese restaurant where KGB people like to eat, conveniently located near campus just across the Panther Hollow bridge. They don't have any half price hours, but their regular prices are fairly reasonable, with many meals costing $5-6. If you are in a hurry, they also offer takeout and they're usually pretty fast.
They also have Bubble Tea, which is a yummy drink named after a Chinese slang term for tits.
