THE FUND

THE FUND is the Executive Board's discretionary fund. It is to be used when Exec does not have time to make a proper allocation, so that people don't end up, as the common vernacular of the day puts it, "screwed in a pecuniary fashion."
THE FUND is replenished periodically by a motion of the general body. Exec is obliged to report any use of THE FUND to the general body.
