The Carnegie Involvement Association, an independent buggy org.

Before the Great Schism, KGB and CIA were together under the single name of CIA, competing in buggy. It was the split over interest in buggy vs. booth that caused the spin-off organization, the KGB.

Now, the two organizations live harmoniously, sharing Kage space below Stever/New House/Mudgewood, and boasting of many double agents.
