Chairing is the practice of purloining chairs, those delightfuly little objects upon which one rests, usually with the buttocks (this refers to the way in which one rests and not to the action of purloining the chairs), very preferably ones with wheels (this now refers to the aforementioned purloinéd chairs), and hurling them wildly (with one still on it, of course; what would be the purpose for such an event otherwise?) down then lovely slanted hallways of one Baker Hall.

This action is not to be confused with the Chair, who runs things, and the action, chairing, that takes place when such a person runs things, unless, of course, it IS. To be confused, you see. Yes.
