Defectors party

The Defectors Party is a yearly event, held during Carnival. It takes advantage of the alumni-lure of Carnival to assemble the relics of KGB's glorious past for story-swapping. The Old meets the New!
Said one Defector at such a party: I can't believe the joke has lasted this long!
Sometimes the Defectors ambush this event to hold in its stead an Anniversary Party, the same deal, only more fancy to celebrate commemorative years.
