Also known as Masquerave Masquerade is the KGB's annual Masquerade/Dance Party. People wear Rule_Phi clothes and eat Rule_Phi food and its all around a very Rule_Phi time. Generally Mask Making happens a few weeks before hand because you can't have a masquerade without a mask.
