Robert's Rules of Order is a formalized method of conducting business with a large constituancy. It provides a framework so that individual items of business are recognized and addressed in a formal manner. Persons who deviate from the rules are chastized as being "Out of Order." This method also facilitates the ease in keeping minutes for meetings.

KGB generally mocks such a framework. However, when this occurs blatantly, the Sergeant at Arms may come a-knockin' with fists of pure danger.
