Made by Quuxum back when dbesse was an officer because apparently dbesse sort of sounds like JFK when he gives his reports.
After Ted Kennedy died dbesse used the committee to report "I got to see my brother who I hadn't seen in a really long time" but no one got it.
This committee has nothing to do with the Drew Besse the Porn King Committee because that committee most certainly doesn't and most certainly has never existed.
