What: A Halloween Party. With costumes, ridiculing, and candy. Lots of candy.

Why: Because we like candy. And costumes.
How: Chocolate-ly.
A yearly event held on a Friday on or about Halloween, this party usually features costumes and a dance room powered by Porter A18's overhead projectors and someone's MP3 collection.
Oftentimes people come in costume. Another activity held at this event is the dressing (undressing?) of exec members.
