Tuesday meeting report: Discussed possible booth plans and midway layout. Put blitz booths under powerlines.

What does booth chair do? Have to go to all the meetings, including carnival committee meetings. Responsible. Telling members that they are stupid and that that is a bad idea.

Drew up a rough budget. Budget contains secret things. Budget: $400. Half around is stuff that is reusable. A lot of it is food. Should put it forth to the meeting as an actual vote.
