THIS WEEK'S EVENT

   Defector's party
       we need to get the cake from costco on saturday morning 
           adam or drew have a costco membership so broman should go with them
           we've ordered it
           try to be there at 10:30, 11
       Jimmyjohns
           dillon was gonna order during carnival
           or he could do it today
           have them delivered at stever at 2:00
       setup
           start at 2:00
           need the parachute
           bring selected craft supplies
               no glitter but feathers are fine

NEXT WEEK'S EVENT

   lame duck
       ontario is reserved
       it's gonna be more like KGB Takes A Nap
           we have lots of dr seuss books in the office
       jram can buy whimsical food things
       people can bring games if they want
       mike can download some movies

FUTURE EVENTS

   LDOC picnic (5/2)
       we're just gonna hope
       the contingency plan is to beg
       rain plan is porter (we should reserve ontario)
   
   we've also reserved stuff for bake barter and whatnot

   you can't really reserve rooms until course schedules are set
       which is not before the semester starts
