THIS WEEK'S EVENT

   UPA
       7:00 friday breed hall
       we have 10 people!
       we need to print the contracts
       keeping track?
           dillon and zora
           (joe will be auctioning people off)
       important: don't insult the person
           if you wanna make a dig, check first
       credit card stuff
           it is reserved
           joe will pick it up bw 4 and 4:30 and return it mon morning
           joe and erin are authorized to use it
       dress fancy
           dillon will post reminder thurs night
       dillon will post about merch and credit card terminal in the event

BOOTH

   they "tool timed"
       (tool training)
       built all but two flats that need to be built from scratch
   art meeting on sunday with booth chairs and zora
       meta planning

       dylan will send an email
           craig will make sure he does
   home depot
       craig went
       (allocation has been made)

       maddy is do thing
       two colors (shirt color + one dye color)?

   actual tool training
       always TRAIN people
           even if they say they know how to do the thing
       and make sure that all the booth chairs are trained
   

NEXT WEEK'S EVENT

   falls on its ass
       rates
           $5 admission
           $3 for skates
       timing
           leave black chairs at 6:30?
               it's a 30ish minute walk
               the place opens at 7:00
           there's an inside thing so we can wait
       what about PPG
           it's bus, not quite as escapable
           technically less walking
           more expensive

       if the weather's bad we just stay in and have gbgc
           announce at 3:00ish

OTHER STUFF

   monday meeting
       skye ran the meeting
       concerns:
           making the same motion twice
               basically, no repeats immediately
               chair just says dilatory
           end discussion earlier
               like, just end it when it dies down
           tabling
               things have been untabling partway through the meeting
               time to stop that now
               just have everything untable immediately at the beginning
               also: dilatory tabling more

                   we can actually ask people to make different jokes at the beginning of the meeting
           hurtful voting
               no violence not funny

               laugh at x really doesn't work

           we vote hands/hands for non-committee-passing deals
           (go ham for committee passing only)
           manipulate the voting!!! obvious majority to pass, unless you don't want the thing
