The Carnegie Involvement Association, an independent Buggy org.
Back in the height of the Cold War, a group of nerdy students thought they would like to join together to enjoy nerdery and also build a Booth. Being the nerds that they were, they thought to themselves when naming their social organization, "Well, we would like to do Booth? What's the opposite of Booth? Why Buggy of course! And who does Buggy? Well, Greek orgs... but also the CIA. What's the opposite of the CIA?"
AND THUS WAS THE KGB FORMED. Actually that's not true at all. Here is the real story.
Now, the two organizations live harmoniously, sharing Kage/Garage space below Stever/New House/Mudgewood, and boasting of many double agents.
