KGB dues are $10 for one semester, or $15 for two. The Bylaws say that anyone can become a member as long as they have a body temperature above fifty degrees Fahrenheit (and we're willing to waive that requirement for an additional six dollars).
Furthermore, one is allowed to pay dues on behalf of another, making them full voting members of the KGB.
A member who has already paid their dues in full may pay their dues again. This act gives them an additional vote on all nonessential motions before the general body. However, no two votes belonging to the same person may be used in the same way on any one motion.
Dues for the following year are suggested by the Executive Board and are approved or changed by the general body at the annual meeting.
