           it will be there
       zora's going to the NPP show so will be in and then out

       proooobably gonna be video game night
       we need to figure out what by MONDAY
       zora will pester them at NPP on friday if they haven't replied yet

           this means that to vote new people need to pay their dues NEXT monday
           zora will also post on saturday about the dues thing
           we need to mention having to pay dues during officer reports

       room reservation
           we have 2315 (good_things++)
           dillon wants to reserve all rooms with 2 doors in doherty and wean
               it's like, five rooms total
                   on the one hand, we're reserving rooms we're not necessarily gonna BE in
                   but we'd also be keeping people from reserving them for things that we would then disturb
                       and the game actually does take place in them
               dillon is reserving them from 7:30 on
                   we got DH a302, 3 of the WEH 5400 corridor, WEH 7500
                       also the judges room
                   DH 1112, WEH 5409 were reserved
       we gotta remember to count the stuff 2 weeks before

   harassment protocols
       motion to create the Protocols Committee
           Purpose: To create a plan of action for exec to take in the event of harassment in the organization
           note: this wording is very, very sketchy and we will fix it
           basically, we need a plan if people do Bad Things so that the KGB can be a safe space for everyone
       PASSES
       exec will draft protocols in the coming weeks
           then announce the committee in a general body meeting to ask for the organization's input
