ASSASSINS

   it's going well
       boomerang crashes a lot
       there's only been one rules dispute in 3 days
       player reports going well
   people have been asking about the ducks

BOOTH

   low build turnouts
       average 3 or 4 people, including booth chairs
       time to publically shame the email list
   third build time
       probably thurs at 6:30
   it's okay to announce that there is no one at builds
   recruitment
       the people from the activities fair?
           we can address them specifically through the booth mailing list

           judges meeting times announced on saturday
           also gotta pick a second to run the meetings

           also we're possibly adding a tips slide

               blue belt no longer has a timer
               there'll be a tips thing at the end of the presentation
           they're gonna have a review meeting monday after ctfws
               there are some tweaks they did
                   timers are out of the rules, but they can stay on the belts
                       (people can choose whether or not to use them to count)
                   we can make the edits by just crossing stuff out in the paper handbooks
               and there are some more that they'll have to do (copyediting stuff)
           we're planning to start out with more flags to increase game length too
