THIS WEEK'S EVENT

   move on
       schedule
           2:00 pick up truck
               dillon and meg (maybe a third person to have extra truck driver)
               craig also
           3:00 booth chairs arrive
               we will dominate stever
               floor stuff going in the truck
                   also wall flats
                   all getting piled in the loading bay
               other piles of stuff we're gonna hand carry
           4:00 members start to show up
               hard hats
                   skye's in charge
           5:45 packing should be done
           6:00 move on time
               release the truck
               release the hand carries
               a few people scurry over to help unload the truck immediately
       exec will be there to help if necessary
       dillon needs to buy soda, but not extra snacks
       pizza
           skye and mike will handle it
           call after the truck leaves

ANNUAL MEETING

   communication
       make a post with all the scheduling
           dues deadline
           platforms due
           the actual meeting
   exec:
       edit the handbook for your positions before the meeting
       email candidates with a general job description
   transition meeting
       after elections, mike will send out a when2meet
           we'll try to have an hour long meeting with everybody
   things transfer over immediately upon election
   the old treasurer needs to make an anouncement about the state of the treasury
   the new treasurer
       needs to make the allocation to replenish the discretionary fund
       motions to set dues
