Committee to Assassinate the President

The Committee to Assassinate the President exists to do just that. During its reports, the President is regularly shot with nerf guns or otherwise pelted. The Sergeant at Arms is nominally in charge of protecting the President from such attacks, but some have been known to join the Committee or take bribes not to retaliate.

History

The Sctoor Year

Under Skye, the Committee regularly made assassination attempts. After being shot, her standard response was to exclaim: "And yet, I'm still here".

The Dhreed Years and Government Funding

During the first partial term of Dez, the Committee first saw funding for "Youth Outreach". It has not yet spent the money, but it has continuously threatened to buy new weapons and truly destroy the President for good. After elections, the Committee made gestures towards bribing Kushal, who has yet to make any real effort to defend the President even once.
