KGB dues are $10 for one semester, or $15 for two. The Bylaws say that anyone can become a member as long as they have a body temperature above fifty degrees Fahrenheit (and we're willing to waive that requirement for an additional ten dollars).
Furthermore, one is allowed to pay dues on behalf of another, making them full voting members of the KGB.
