Besides being KGB's First_Vice_President in the 1990 and 1991 organizational years, Mike was also the author and artist for The Tartan comic strip "Joe the Circle".
Mike was the 1st VP who introduced the idea that the 1st VP's report could be a venue for an entertaining presentation of some kind instead of the to-that-point traditional, "The president is still alive."
