Besides being KGB's First_Vice_President in the 1990 and 1991 organizational years, Mike was also the author and artist for The_Tartan comic strip "Joe the Circle".
Mike was the 1st VP who introduced the idea that the 1st VP's report could be a venue for an entertaining presentation of some kind instead of the to-that-point traditional, "The president is still alive."
