In order to access the KGB's treasury, one make a motion in a general body meeting to make an allocation. This motion is made in the form of "an allocation not to exceed $X for the purpose of Y". Discussion on the merits of the allocation follows. After the allocation is made, the person making the allocation can then bring in receipts representing their expenditure on the organization's behalf and obtain remuneration from the Treasurer.

When the Second Vice President makes an allocation for some event, discussion is generally expedited by tradition with a chorus of, "It's a good idea!"

As an alternative to making an allocation, Exec can use THE FUND.
