Useless stuff auction

The useless stuff auction is one of the last events of the year, at which KGB members donate useless stuff. The stuff is then auctioned to the highest bidder, and the money is kept by KGB.
The stuff is collected over the course of the year by the Sergeant at Arms. Providing fuel for the auction is one of the S@A's primary responsibilities.
Stuff which does not sell is auctioned again the next year. Nobody has bought the Crispy Hexagons yet.
