readme is a satirical newsletter on campus. It's a lot better than The Tartan and almost as awesome as Pravda?. Before 2024, readme was a subcommittee of the Activities Board, titled "AB Publications". However, AB Publications was dissolved along with several other AB committees, though shards of their existences remain in the nooks and crannies of AFS and the Greater Web.
They have a website!
eforney was the Editor-in-Chef the same year she served as President of the KGB.
Rachel (BUT WHICH ONE???), Ivy, and Vis took up leadership with two other non-KGB members, thus continuing the total encompassing of readme in KGB.
Other KGB/readme members: anbrown, memcginn, fwatson, occasionally Bubbles, occasionally tbroman.
Update: The fact that eforney has not spontaneously combusted due to being on the boards of everything forever is yet another thing that has stumped the Physicists. I am not saying that their field is becoming more and more lame because it has not yet gotten a person on mars or invented a TARDIS, but actually, yes I am.

Rin was the Editor-in-Chef the same year she served as CorSec. Around this time, Dylan Vrana, Skye Toor, Mark Saporta, Cameron Wong, (Fable?), Nick Rauen, and other KGB affiliates were common writers.
According to kevinson, it is believed that readme ceased publishing during or after fall of 2017. Elizabeth Koch (a director of SLICE, and readme's former advisor) stated that this occurred due to a lack of writer interest (rather than factors such as funding). Though JFC budgets exist for the fiscal years of 2018 and 2019, it is likely that the money was allocated, but never used.
After languishing a few years in discontinuation, readme was brought back in 2024 thanks to a concerted effort from then president Kevin Song and slightly concerning member Eshaan. The two took over readme from the Activities Board and printed the first issue of New readme (sponsored by New Coke), on Feb 1st 2024. Consistent backlash from Mothers Against Drunk Driving may cause readme to go under once more, but as of now, the paper continues to cause misfortune.
Benner repeatedly argues that she only joined because she was promised 5 bushels of corn an issue, however some unfortunate blackmail regarding thousands of marbles being released down the Baker/Porter hallway has kept her in line for now.
