Skye Toor, also known as "SkyeSpeed" or "Skyejinx," and begrudgingly known as "Sctoor," pronounced "Scooter," is ironically an earthbender.
She is the chief engineer of the buggy and the head of the Skyentology Committee and the Skyechosis Research Organization.
